Epilator Braun Silk-épil 5 Wet & Dry 5-531

Frankly disgusted with this purchase: - as other comments have pointed out, the epilator was brand new, so it's definitely not second hand - it's the worst epilator I've ever had in my life: it hurts, shaves a lot of hair, it's difficult to remove hair, the skin can get trapped between the head and the anti-ingrown frame, which hurts - I'm getting scared to use it (but the frame for removing ingrown hairs does work, but at what price), the battery doesn't last long enough for a complete epilation and the epilator is unusable when it's charging and, finally, I find that it doesn't remove any hair at all underwater. In short, don't bother, the planet will thank you!
