I received a laptop with a dysfunctional keyboard, the return of the keyboard keys was not good on several keys (~5-6 approximately) as the keys stuck slightly. After dismantling the keyboard, I noticed that a liquid (Coke) had probably been spilt. I had to fix the problem myself, it's unacceptable.
