Dell Precision 7520 15-inch (2017) - Core i7-7820HQ - 8GB - SSD 256 GB AZERTY - French

Where do I start? First of all I didn't receive a precision 7520 but a 7560 with a letter explaining that no more 7520s were in stock so I had to replace them with an equivalent but better model. So be it. The delivery time and packaging were correct I appreciate the professionalism of the retailer. Few dealers have the same attitude. So it's hard to criticise. BUT (minus the reason for the star), I hadn't chosen a 7520 or the lowest configuration by chance. My 7520 had just given up on me, so I had everything I needed (CG, RAM, 2.5" and M2 SSDs, batteries) to get back to my original configuration. I have to admit, at the time I hesitated to give it just 1 star, but that wouldn't have been deserved. If I may say so, a message, email or phone call to explain and ask me if the exchange bothered me, and the 5 stars were there. And now I have to see what I'm going to do with my useless parts.
