Perfect condition as advertised! I'm very happy with my purchase!

I've given it 4/5 because I thought 3/5 would have been harsh as overall the laptop is fine, but issues have occurred. Setup initially went well, however the next day it failed to boot up with a BIOS problem. Re-booted a number of times and still got the same problem. Managed to get round this by re-installing Windows and the problem hasn't occurred since. The issue now though is every day when trying to start up, I get a Low Battery warning and the laptop switches itself off, even though there is plenty of juice in the battery. Take this morning for example, started the laptop up and got the Low Battery warning and it switched itself off. Once I put it on charge the laptop fired up, and the battery level was 94%. If you then take it off charge it works fine as there is plenty of charge. My concern is that a problem with the battery that will manifest in the not too distant future and I will have very little in the form of guarantees

good computer at first glance very fluid pad it's nice. a small downside, it could have been "cleaned". there are traces of dirt on the shells, there is a label half unstuck that could have been removed or reattached.

Works well - only issue with the computer (heat and occasional high fan noise) was expected since that’s an issue with the model overall. Surprisingly good quality with few marks even though I ordered fair condition.

Super PC! Super-quiet fan that only comes on when you need it (not like the 5520 I had before). The processor is as fast as ever and the Hello Windows fingerprint reader makes the experience very fluid. Everything else works perfectly. The few micro-scratches associated with the non-new appearance are almost invisible. I'd definitely recommend it!

Everything was as described, but the battery had a fault. Sending it back worked perfectly and now I'm waiting for the next steps.
