The laptop is absolutely spotless, literally. It looks like a factory fresh model, I was genuinely shocked at the quality of its condition. The order took less than a week, from payment to delivery, with full package tracking throughout. The laptop was well protected in custom deep fit bubblewrap, except for a triangular dent in the box, a corner impact most likely. Perhaps adding a mandatory "Fragile" marking, on all laptop/monitor/tablet etc, screen based item delivery boxes, to avoid the slightly blasé delivery person, ruining your day on the last leg. A big pat on the back to the Prem Tech team who did the refurbishment, the laptop runs perfectly and is insanely good value, which helps cash strapped folks (like me), get an essential study/working tool like this, without re-mortgaging your house! Thank you very much!!

Was very surprised at how quickly I received this after ordering, it arrived securely and well packaged. The laptop is in excellent condition, it looks like brand new. It came complete with the charging cable which again looked brand new. Once I had set the laptop up and personalised it I was really delighted with its performance. I was a bit hesitant about ordering from back market but due to this positive experience i would have no hesitation in ordering electronics from this company again in the future.
