I delayed my review because I wanted to use the laptop several times before sharing my thoughts. I must say, I'm impressed by how a refurbished laptop can appear so clean and almost new. The only drawback is that most of the keys require a bit of extra pressure to work properly. Apart from that, everything else functions perfectly, and it's a fantastic laptop

Visual standard of product is excellent for "fair" quality. However the battery performance is sub-par and the 10 day turn around time for repair is too long for me to be without a laptop, so I will order and fit a new battery myself. Having an accessible local repairer network would be awesome!
