Incredibly fast dispatch and delivery even though it was ordered just before Christmas. It came very securely packaged. It was a gift for my brother and as far as I know it is all working as it should.

Advertised as low grade but immaculate out of the box. Looks new. Everything worked as it should. Windows 10 up to date and ready to go. Excellent value especially as I don’t need an all singing and dancing laptop so this suited me just fine. Very pleased. Will buy againn when I upgrade my phones.

As expected with a few scuffs here and there, apart from 2 things: 1. More often than not, when I click on the windows button to open up the start menu, the start menu simply will not open. It is sometimes fixed by a system restart, sometimes not. Quite annoying. 2. The charger itself is massive and heavy, with a huge power brick, which limits portability. I assume the charger is from the manufacturer so not really Back Markets fault there.

Good quality laptop for best price. Really happy for it. Definitely recommend back market and will use my self next time.

Hi Customer Care, The font on the screen is blur and causes pain to my eyes. Though I reduced the brightness from the display settings, there was not major effect. Th graphic quality is also poor even when video output was set to HD option. I may honestly seek a refund or replacement to prevent issues with my eyes in the long run. The output of the inbuilt speakers are also not great. Memory size, RAM speed and other Microsoft com are however fine. Here is my honest opinion.
