Hello , The appliance arrived in good condition and unpacked as described. However, when I used it, I noticed two very annoying problems. Firstly, the touchpad does not always respond to requests, is not very precise and the cursor moves a little chaotically, which makes it very difficult to use at times. Secondly, I feel a tingling sensation of electricity electricity all over the shell around the touchpad when the computer is plugged into the mains to recharge the battery.
