A completely different model. After sending it back I have been talking to them for more than ten days and they still can't find a laptop that looks like the one I initially bought. They insist on giving me my money back because they "don't have" any laptop similar to the one I bought, when it takes two minutes for anyone to find several that they have published in Back Market with similar characteristics, that comply with what I asked for. In addition they take a long time to respond, they say they will have an answer one day and they don't comply, the truth is that their customer service is very bad. I don't know if you have had problems with Bazartech before but my opinion is that it doesn't do Back Market any good, I previously bought an iPhone with you and no problem, but now the truth is that it has been disastrous.
