I was going to put a "neutral" man before being offered "help". Before giving my opinion here, I took advantage of the 'help' offered by explaining that the protection was too thick and prevented me from using the touchscreen, so I'd have to buy new protection. I was simply told that "if it's not thick, it won't protect". This isn't my first smartphone, let alone my first phone protector, and I'm a very clumsy person. It's up to the manufacturer to find an in-between, and if others have succeeded, why shouldn't they? If someone offers me help, telling me "it's like this", almost implying that I'm stupid for not knowing that "obviously if it's not thick it doesn't protect", I'd have done without that help. Do better, it's a shame.
