Opinion posted on 14 October 2020 Update 15 October 2020: The phone turns itself off after a few seconds ( did it to me twice ). After restarting it, everything is back to normal. Update I don't know when: Sometimes the phone doesn't detect the SIM card and more rarely it doesn't say that it doesn't detect it. I don't know if the problem is with the phone or the card, but when I restart the phone it solves the problem.

très bonne idée le reconditionnement, livraison rapide. le téléphone apparait comme neuf, promesse tenue. marque inconnue, parait quand même fragile et peut-être pas hyper performant, mais pour le prix et l'usage ça m'ira très bien. par contre une sim en micro et une en nano, ça aurait été pas mal de le préciser sur la fiche....

Livraison hyper rapide. Mais impossible de trouver une coque et aucun réparateur ne connaissant cette marque, aucune pièce détachée pour éventuelle panne ou accident. En plus la puce ne rentrait pas dedans il me fallait le support de la puce que je n ai plus.....je l ai renvoyé, j attends qu’ils le reçoivent (envoyé samedi dernier). Ils sont très réactifs depuis le debut

Smartphone idéal par son rapport qualité/prix inégalable - comme d'habitude sur backmarket. Pas de surprise, aucun défaut, tout fonctionne parfaitement bien.

Muy buen producto, era para mi hijo y le encanta su móvil nuevo, funciona muy bien, sin problemas y la entrega muy rápida, es el segundo que compró y seguro compraré más, somos 6 en casa , 😂😂😂

Quelques bugs notamment concernant la détection des écouteurs et du chargeur, autonomie de la batterie diminue au bout de 2semaines. Il est un peu lent. Qualité photo très mauvaise. Quant même satisfaite du produit qui globalement fonctionne bien pour son prix bas.

Le téléphone ne fonctionne pas pour le moment. Il s'éteint très rapidement. Je suis en relation avec le commerçant, j’espère pouvoir être remboursé rapidement...
