    I bought the MacBook Pro 14'' 16 GB and 512 SSD in premium condition, and it actually didn't have a single scratch on it. I was 'disappointed' with the battery capacity at 90% (still in the range, albeit minimal, of premium refurbishments), albeit with only 145 charge cycles. I therefore opted for a new Mac Book Air in the shop, and returned the refurbished one to the Back Market vendor, although the computer was still great and the battery, despite the sub-100% capacity, worked fine and lasted around 9/10 hours. The return and refund process was very straightforward, and I was also refunded the extended warranty I had signed up for with the price of the laptop. Service as always top notch!
