    Review: MacBook Pro 13-inch 2020 M1 I purchased the MacBook Pro 13-inch 2020 M1, and unfortunately, my experience was far from perfect due to packaging and product quality issues. Packaging: The packaging was poorly done. Inside the box, there was no proper padding to keep the charger and cable securely in place. As a result, they were loose and moving around during transit. A few additional cardboard pieces could have prevented this. Condition of the Laptop: 1. physical damage: I specifically chose the highest quality option for this laptop, but it arrived with several issues. The edges of the laptop were visibly damaged, indicating poor handling or refurbishment. 2. cleanliness: The laptop was dirty and sticky upon arrival, which was very disappointing. 3. screen condition: The screen had been improperly cleaned with alcohol, leaving visible marks. Although it seems the protective film was still on, it had fingerprints and dust all over, making it feel poorly maintained. Battery Life: Despite these issues, the laptop's battery health was at 99%, which is a positive point. The battery performs well, lasting a long time during normal tasks, which I appreciate. Overall, while the performance and battery are decent, the lack of care in packaging and maintenance of the laptop greatly affected my experience. This is not the level of quality I expected for such a premium product.
