    Purchased iPhone 15 excellent grade with "new battery" option. The iphone arrives with indicated capacity of 100% but actual capacity of 89 with 399 cycles, verified directly on Mac using special software. In 2025 I also bought an Ipad Pro m2 12.9 and it was fine. Too bad, they have totally lost my trust . Evidently their affiliated refurbishers think they are clever. In fact, at both MEDIAMARKT and KREFEL, the iPhone 16 128GB BLACK NEW is cheaper than the one bought on your site: it is priced at 529 EUR (KREFEL) - 572 EUR (MEDIAMARKT). And it's not a difference of just a few EUROS... We paid EUR 699.49 for our device - a difference of EUR 170.49 if purchased from KREFEL Liège. So not exactly a bargain.
