    I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews, but on this occasion I'm obliged to tell you about my experience with BackMarket. I ordered an iPhone 13, with a new battery, and already: RAS on the product received, completely compliant. No apparent defects and 100% battery capacity. But I'd like to highlight the resale, for which I was offered 68 euros for an iPhone XR in very poor condition. The refurbisher offered me 38 euros because the screen was broken (which I had declared). Without any reaction from me, BackMarket replied to the refurbisher to cancel the counter-offer, as the broken screen was not an acceptable reason. BackMarket therefore forced the payment of 68 euros without me having to complain. Thank you BackMarket for your proactivity and thank you to Gérald who intervened to take over the buyer.
