    After a very disappointing order from another retailer here on BackMarket (NuLAB Srl, Italy; condition Excellent; the Iphone arrived extremely dirty, had screen cracks, a replaced used cheap battery and a temporarily cancelled Apple cover warranty!), I received super fast and helpful support from BackMarket and got a refund very quickly. Because of the good support, I decided to order again from BackMarket, this time from this retailer from Ireland, in Premium condition, but only 10€ (!) more expensive than my first order (so a great price!). The parcel arrived a day earlier than expected (with DHL Express) and I was really scared because of the bad experience before. But what can I say, this Iphone is brand new. Even when I unpacked it, it was extremely clean, unlike the other one. I checked everything (with a critical eye, because many people often don't even realise they're being cheated) and it's spotless. The battery level is at 99% and it is the original battery. According to the settings, there have been no replacement parts, so everything is original. Technically everything fits. The battery runs out relatively quickly, but maybe that's just me. And the charging cable also arrived in good condition, unlike my first order (which came with a half-broken cheap cable), which is a sign of good quality. A clear recommendation, thank you!
