    Very bad experience. All Back Market seems to show I have received this order, I have not. Keep being give excuses and told my purchase will be shipped as soon as possible. Now trying to cancel the order and here appears to be no way of doing this. I have no idea if the product meets my expectations as I don't appear to be getting it. Getting very frustrated and angry.

    For my first and last order I was served. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, and I'm very happy with the service. It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order for a Mac Book Pro. The money has been debited for 2 weeks, i.e. 1000 euros. No news from the seller. And still no computer. No refund for the moment and no advancement/solutions from the back market despite the written proofs provided by the DHL carrier who certifies that the seller just filled in a shipping note and never sent the computer. The money was The money was debited at the time the seller filled out the packing slip. Very disappointed with my purchase from back market. I wonder if I will ever see my money again or receive a computer that has not been shipped to date. In any case, I see that it is easier to debit my money than to find quick solutions to this situation (e.g. credit note, refund).

    On m'a demandé de retourner l'appareil pour un rappel de carte mère, ce que j'ai fais. Qu'il sera retourné en 5-7 jours. 14 jrs plus tard, on me dit qu'on ne pourra pas me le retourner, qu'ils sont navrés. c'est quoi se service? J'ai envoyé mon ordi en confiance avec toutes mes infos et en fait il n'y a pas de concept de responsabilité ou de service a la clientèle. Dernière fois pour moi, j'irai directement avec Apple.
