    The IPhone 15 Pro was ordered with a physical SIM, i.e. with a slot for the SIM card. A device without a slot was delivered, which can only be operated with an eSim. However, as the device came with the tool to open the slot, I didn't pay any attention to it before setting it up. It was only when I had finished setting up the iPhone and wanted to insert the SIM card that I noticed it. It's not a bad thing in itself, but the effort involved in getting an eSim from the provider when the device has already been set up and you can no longer make calls and having to go to the shop to get authorisation is annoying. Why is an American version being sold for the German market? The device itself is in perfect optical condition. No damage. The battery with 93% is also great. Conclusion: Please deliver what was ordered.

So after a lot of research I decided to go to Backmarket and got her the IPhone 13 in white. I got it in excellent condition with normal capacity and am absolutely delighted, as is my sister. It really only has three tiny little flaws, but you can only really see them if you look closely. And the cover hides them anyway.
