    Not even 2 years ago I bought a 2018 MacBook Pro, guaranteed to be in excellent condition. Right from the start I was supplied with a lousy charger that made constant sparks and noises, I asked for a change and shortly afterwards same problem. Until today, when I turned the computer on, the screen went completely black and never came back on. I took the product to the nearest Apple service and was told that the screen was burnt out and repairable at a cost of over €600. I call it a scam to have spent more than €900 on a product that after not even 2 years has already stopped working, a scam that already started with the charger, which denotes the company's lack of seriousness and reliability. At my request for assistance, I was denied, so I will be forced to take legal action.
