    A Galaxy S20 5G dual SIM (with an International/European part number SM-G981B/DS) in "very good condition" as advertised and paid just over €300: I'm really happy! When you consider that this model was sold new for just over €1,000, that's great. In detail: no scratches, no traces of impact, perfect screen, glass back too. I've been using it for 1 week and haven't noticed any problems. Good 5G reception, GPS, audio, camera, super-fast interface, everything works perfectly. It's a nice change from my Galaxy S7. I don't have a box, I use the phone's connection sharing to give my computer, TV, etc. access to the internet. Well, 5G really is faster! Internet browsing from my computer is amazing. Given the perfect condition of the phone (it looks like it's NEW!), I'd like to recommend the refurbisher NLR (near Montpellier). Well, there's always a 'good': the battery life is a bit short, but that's OK (there's another 'good', but it's a good 'good' :-)), nothing surprising for this Samsung model, and it's not a problem as it charges very quickly. And hey... 300 € only! Thanks for that!

    Perfect condition, nothing to say about the exterior. However, there was a big problem with the keyboard. The numeric keys at the top have different values. All the @#{[^{} signs are mixed up, out of place. My daughter and I had to fight to find the @. And things haven't gone back to normal: you have to remember that some keys have a different function to the one displayed. This makes life very difficult and adds a negative touch to a beautiful device.

The device was presented as being in French AZERTY, but in practice, the configuration doesn't really correspond, and setting it up is complicated, which means it's hard to use on a daily basis.
