I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad X390 YOGA (convertible model with touch screen), but I received a classic ThinkPad X390 (fixed non-touch screen). The value in use and the price on the second-hand market are not the same. Rather than returning the entire product (which would incur transport and processing costs for you), I would be prepared to keep this PC if you accept a commercial gesture in the form of a partial refund. Given the difference in range, I would like a refund of €40 on the price paid (€218). Note: The Windows 11 installed requires you to create a Microsoft account when you first set it up. A normal user could have been blocked or forced to create an account, which I think is a shame. On previous versions of Windows, this wasn't compulsory. In my case, no problem at all: the PC was designed to receive a Linux distribution from the outset.
