    We are very happy with our device, which we received in excellent condition. The only downside is the language, it would be good if the device was set to the language of the destination country before it left, which would simplify installation (fortunately I had the old manual for this model) because I had the same model before this one but in order to keep using my cassettes I wanted to find the same model again. One small downside... the recto/verso despite the setting it asks for in manual when the setting that was made is recto/verso, however in some documents you have to go through the dialog box to change this setting and it works or not. otherwise the prints are beautiful.

    It doesn't work, and the after-sales service from backmarket is pitiful. Calls with people who are not able to help and ask us to send mails, mails that are not answered and have no follow up, and we are still with the product in a box waiting to be picked up.
