    Hello, I'm extremely disappointed, and here are the reasons why, in order of increasing seriousness: - the label damages the watch: almost impossible to remove the glue left by the label because its quality and its storage made that it has lesser glue everywhere at the level of the sensors of the watch - screen with a huge number of partially dead pixels (it feels like there's mould between the screen and the glass) + the aesthetic appearance of the watch is catastrophic, even for an average grade like the one I've got - catastrophic state of the battery (I know I took a grade that wasn't perfect at all, but it was written that the battery was still good for normal use) it's at 61%, impossible to use it normally, even if you use it very little and put it in aeroplane mode most of the time it discharges too quickly So I'm asking for a partial refund so that I can be satisfied (if you still see this comment, then nothing has been done for me).
