    I am very dissatisfied with the service this company has given me. To be as brief as possible, since I bought it, it had some small defects such as the camera came with dust inside and the photos were not at all clear. I didn't give any importance to these small defects, as I was aware that it was still a reconditioned mobile, until one day the screen started to flicker at the bottom until the area was permanently yellow. As a result of this major fault, I contacted support, and after receiving the device, I was told that my warranty was void due to a scratch on the camera. I argued that this tiny scratch could not have been caused by me and they only replied to let me know what I wanted to do with the phone from the options they gave me as part of their services. Finally I have to stress that this model of iPhone that I ordered (13 Pro), usually has problems of my type and not due to misuse. It is a bit bold to say that this 100% scratch was made by me when the mobile is refurbished and is warned that it can come with such minimal defects (which I had not noticed until I was told). I doubt very much that I will ever buy a product from this company again as the guarantee they claim to provide is like not having one at all.

Durability scores are high, and the chances of encountering technical problems are zero." What my product looks like instead - Appearance: There is a scratch in the display. Small, visible only against the light or at an angle, but it is there. The back has a lot of scratches (around the camera, on the top right corner and all over the underside). Other dirt marks have been removed by yours truly. Performance: bought on 3 January, I am writing this review on 24 January, I had to forcibly reboot the device 6 times. When I go to unlock the device (doesn't matter if by opening the cover or directly clicking the button) it takes 4 to 7 seconds just to turn on. Once unlocked, nothing works. You can click any icon possible and imaginable, it doesn't work. Ergo you have to forcibly reboot. Ridiculous then is the requirement to have to send in the device: it's my only tool, moreover for work, how can I send it in and be left with nothing for at least two weeks? I can't find any phone numbers, direct contact with the refurbisher is not allowed (among other things, I later found out that he was full of bad reviews, bordering on the criminal). What can I say: like flushing €708 down the toilet.
