Delivery was quick, but unfortunately after a few months, the bottom touchscreen no longer worked properly and the battery could no longer last a whole day (6 hours). I am extremely disappointed, moreover, I had bought the product said to be in "very good condition".

As for the quality of the product, I ordered an ipad in excellent condition and it came apparently so, after a while I started to see scratches on the screen I had already spent money on a case and screen protector and add to that the hassle of having to return the product. I looked at the reviews from the source shop and was shocked at how bad they were, it made me feel very insecure about returning it as I thought the seller might try to "pin the blame" on me and I would be out the money. As for the return, it's quite easy and I have to say that I got my money back without any problems, which I am grateful for. What is true is that the customer service, despite being very friendly and relatively attentive, the information they give is quite ambiguous to say the least, it is not clear if the seller accepts the return or if they have to review it, or if everything is ok even if they have not proceeded with the refund. I have been on tenterhooks until I received confirmation of the return. Otherwise I'm happy that backmarket didn't turn out to be a scam. I thought I wouldn't buy again but as the return was so easy I might try again another time.

Je suis très déçu de l’iPhone XS que j’ai commandé. Même si le produit a été livré rapidement, j’ai eu un soucis. En regardant l’état de la batterie dans les paramètres, sa capacité maximale était de 98%. Quelques jours plus tard en regardant, elle était à 88%. Il y a un gros problème..
