    The device came packaged so that no express delivery company in the world could have done anything to the small laptop. The condition was almost as good as new, only the USB-C socket still had a small crumb inside. The installation and set-up went very smoothly - until I had the idea (for which it was actually intended) to use it remotely from time to time (for router and laser cutter set-up; when both are running, I'm on site). It turned out that the user I had created was only half created, so I could log in on the laptop myself, RDP didn't work for a while. Took me a good 3 hours. Enough moaning. The screen is excellent, keyboard works well for a laptop, the surprise came with the touchpad that the "mouse buttons" are at the bottom. Unusual, but less fiddling in real life and less chance of accidentally touching the touchpad when you need the mouse buttons. Overall, I don't regret the purchase one bit, the control programmes run like a charm and the operating system updates itself well. And it recognised me immediately from my "office PC", i.e. the main computer. I'd be happy to use it again, but hopefully with a different product - long may the laptop last.
