    The iPhone that I bought here cannot be updated by itself. The battery is also not recognised by the device. The only way to update the phone would be through iTunes from an Apple laptop (which I don't have) or wipe my phone completely and start the system again from the beginning. Mega fail!

    Hello the order the delivery use of the iPhone XR is correct until a declaration of damage to the insurance which is recommended. For 3 weeks it is impossible to declare the breakage of the phone with the partner boltech.eu insurance that result in exchanges of unsuccessful emails! Disappointed, this is holding me back for a new backmarket order. Virtual merchant sites like backmarket are limited when it comes to managing malfunctions. Sincerely
