    After using for few months, I am very happy with the product. Working brilliantly. There was some problem with OS language (originally cane with french pre installed). I contacted the backmarket and they were very very helpful and supportive. I had to locally call someone for fixing the software issue and back market reimbursed the charges. I cannot recommend enough. Ten stars.

    The box was undamaged, but the graphics card slot at the back was bent and pushed in. When we opened her up we found that the grey plastic lock for the other end of the graphics card (to hold it firmly in place) was missing, the weight of the graphics card pulled it back out of the slot and thats probably what bent it, so a little sloppy by GZ as both the graphics card and the motherboard could have been damaged. But we straightened it out (gently) and she works.

    computer as described fair condition It works well delivery was excellent communication was very good on your part still no invoice just a banner image on the pdf The inside of the computer was not cleaned so not sure if it was refurbished I had to do a thorough clean inside with air prier to upgrading riser cpu and other parts from my other t7500 all in all a good experience will look at purchasing from you guys again soon for a laptop Thanks Joe

    Good quality, great value and prompt dispatch. However it was set up in the French language and it took me (a non french speaker ) two days to install english and change the setup. I would have paid extra to have a choice of language installed.

    The package arrived today at the promised time. So far so good. Then I opened the package. Not what I ordered in any size or shape. The item I received is a HP Pro Desk I3 4130 @3.4 ghz. I specifically ordered a Tower Model (to accommodate several full size video/tv cards I have. And it was supposed to be a ProDesk 600 G1 Tower Core i5-4570 3.2Ghz - HDD 500 GB - 8GB .... Obviously you sent an incorrect item. Very disappointing. I do not want it. Please get back to me soon as I may need to contact my Credit Card Company to cancel the payment. Yours .....
