    For once I'm disappointed, the smartphone was supposed to be in "perfect condition" (and therefore more expensive) but it arrived dirty, full of dust/soil, and a label was stuck on the screen, difficult to remove and clean the glue. The (protective) screen is partially scratched but not replaced. I checked the supplier's profile before ordering, and they are well rated for their reliability, so I'm all the more surprised by the state of the device. It took me 5-10 minutes to clean the smartphone, but I think it was up to the seller to make the device look "new" and above all, clean, as indicated on the website. @BackMarket, don't let the success of the platform contribute to a deterioration in quality, continue to be demanding with retailers.
