    I ordered the lenovo computer via the site, The computer was delivered in very good condition, the charger however is not original, and I was confronted with a system malfunction, I had to reinstall windows 11 because the installation had been corrupted, I was surprised because I paid 8euros fee to "check" the state of the computer before shipping.     Hello, The delivery was made within the time announced (and corrected). No problems. However, the box arrived dented (photo) and as there was no protection inside (no cardboard, no polystyrene, no stuffing) I think the computer must have taken the shock. Given that this is an expensive machine, reputedly bought in 'exceptional condition', it's pretty appalling. I'm a big fan of refurbished products (I've been a BackMarket customer several times) because of the ecological aspects, but that shouldn't take away from the quality of the service.
