    Phone looks as good as new. I'm very happy with the price I paid. Quick delivery. I bought the Google Pixel 4a for its Esim ability, for upcoming trip, so I haven't used it much or fully switched over to it.. but it's a phone and I'm confident it'll preform like its supposed too. Backmarket gets 10/10 from me, would highly recommend them.

    Excellent quality lovely neat phone that I can hold instead of the usual monster phones these days. Only gripe is that the battery life is not quite as long as my previous phone. No problems with the recycled phone though it's in perfect order.

    I am very pleased with my first experience with a refurbished phone. I received a phone in perfect condition. The packaging was minimalist to avoid waste, which is great. I kept my old phone for over 6 years so the change was radical and I don't regret it at all. The Google pixel 5 phone is very smooth and easy to use and the photo quality is breathtaking.     Perfect order and delivery all round On the other hand, I find myself in settings with the number 1 as an important message and Apple reports an unknown part, which makes it impossible to check the screen on my i phone. This part must not be genuine and its installation is incomplete. I'm simply trying to find a solution to get rid of the message that appears regularly and the number 1 that indicates a malfunction.     jamais déçue avec backmarket téléphone arrivé très vite pour le moment esthétiquement rien à redire il est nickel nous verrons à l'usage si il tient le coup ! dommage je n'ai pas pu activer la promo pour étudiant le téléphone était pour ma fille de 14 ans qui se le paye avec ses sous économisés, une petite ristourne n'aurait pas été de refus pour elle !

It's fine. in perfect condition..like new..no scratches..100% Thank you..i have nothing to say..everything as in the description..i tested the phone 1 week ago..and it works perfectly..the battery holds up well...the photos taken are on the note 10...i like to take photos. well...it has a very high volume and good. on the note 10..i didn't expect...what can i say.so much.just good..i'm happy with the purchase made at the Black Market..i recommend..and Thank you..

What has worried us a bit is that when we turned it on we got the warning that the screen is not original and this warning is still in settings.
