I want to make a complaint, as I bought the battery new, not standard, and it arrived with a maximum capacity of 92%, and in less than a week it has dropped to 90%? I am very disappointed with my purchase and request an exchange for a new battery, as I paid for it.

It arrived quickly, very well packaged and is as good as new, it is the second one I have bought this way and it is highly recommended.

I bought this product in excellent quality, i.e. without scratches. The product arrived with dents and drop marks on the shell. The product was replaced with a later one with marks on the shell. Very bad service. I already had problems with blackmarket for the purchase of a mac, solved with a full refund of the amount. I think I will not buy on this platform anymore.

It is in great condition and works perfectly.

I was expecting a box from Apple, as it was a present...
