The phone is clean and works perfectly, almost as good as new. The charger cable that came with it does not work.

I bought an iPhone 13 advertised with a "new" or "excellent condition" battery, and received one with 1347 charge cycles and only 78% battery health. This is a total non-conformance to what was promised. Also, the IPhone says the battery health is 100%, so the chip has been modified to fool the meter. Use 3utools to check the status of your order. The phone arrived late, the seller was unresponsive, and Back Market support only offered me a refund or a 10% discount. After all the trouble I've been through, that doesn't even come close to making up for the damage done. I am formally complaining because neither the device is as advertised nor the after-sales service is up to standard. Very careful with this seller and with what the platform promises. I do not recommend this purchase at all.
