    After a good experience following the purchase of a Mac Book Pro several years ago, I wanted to buy an iPhone 15 Pro in Premium condition. Nothing to say about the exterior! No micro-scratches, like new! Only 2 or 3 marks between the screen and the casing, which could indicate that the device had been opened. On the other hand ... Impossible to initialise the phone! It kept switching itself off at any point during the initialisation procedure. I followed the advice of BackMarket and an Apple advisor and tried to restore the phone using a computer (Mac and Windows). No luck! The restoration crashed and the phone won't even start up on the home screen (initialization screen)! Following some research and according to the error code, it would appear that the restoration is not working because of a hardware problem (hence the micro-scratches between the screen and the casing? 🤷‍♂️). To sum up, I'd like to congratulate the refurbisher (which isn't BackMarket) on the condition of the phone's exterior. And I deplore their quality system, which doesn't even check from A to Z whether the phone can be initialised! I'm waiting for the problem to be resolved by the reconditioner, or for the phone to be replaced.
