This isn't the first time I've bought something on back marcket and I've always been satisfied. But this is outrageous. I bought a device in "perfect condition" when it is curved and turns itself off 1 time a day by itself for 3 days. I wanted to use the service to find a solution. There was no document or follow-up report when I got the phone back after 10 days without it. An incompetent repairer who blames the customer for not knowing how to use a phone. The result is a phone that doesn't fit properly in its shell, a side button that bugs and a screen that protrudes from the shell at times. AND a phone that switches itself off all the time (how can you prove this bug remotely??). I asked for a refund of €30 after comparison on the site. I didn't ask for half but my offer was seen at a discount (out of cheapness) because this sum was legitimate. Today I don't have a phone ready to exchange or even refund in full. Back market is good when you don't have to deal with aSAV.
