    To flee telephone hs 2x in 1 year and 4 months without counting all the problems with the quoitidien: problem of load, sound. Despite all these everyday problems and a phone sent back by back market because the first one had a screen that was coming off, the second one also had a lot of problems and after a year the phone wasn't working at all. Back market doesn't offer any refunds or anything like that, so stay away!

    I am quite dissatisfied with the mobile phone. It arrived very well and quickly. After a couple of days I had problems with the battery because sometimes it didn't recognise the charger. It was only for a couple of days, but after a couple of months or so it started to charge very very slowly and then no charger was recognised and the phone could not be charged. I returned it for repair and the process went well but when I received the phone back today, supposedly repaired, the problem remained... when I plugged it into the charger, it wouldn't charge. I am going to return it again in the hope that they will either refund my money or send me another phone that works properly. I hope it can be solved

    Das Gerät wurde nicht einwandfrei geliefert. Hängt sich ständig auf und nun ist der Bildschirm entgültig kaputt. Ich hoffe dieser Vorfall lässt sich durch die Schadensmeldung klären. Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht davon, dass das Gerät einfach schon mit Macken geliefert wurde und nach so kurzer Zeit als Konsequenz dieser Macken nicht mehr zu gebrauchen ist, weil kaputt. Ich bitte daher um eine faire Abwicklung.
