    I can't imagine what could be done better in the ordering process. Firstly and most importantly, the Galaxy Note was not only delivered in excellent (as stated) condition, but to me the device was indistinguishable from a new one. What I also liked about the whole process from ordering to delivery was that I was always kept informed about the current status of the delivery. So a thumbs up here too!

    I was very sceptical about refurbished. But after two used ones (condition: excellent) from a competitor with the "s", which were full of bad scratches and hadn't even been cleaned, I gave it a chance. I got a device almost like new. The foil was on the display like the new device. Apart from a small, almost invisible scratch at the bottom of the frame, the device really has nothing. The entire device looks like new. The battery is at 100% power. I am also not shown that any hardware has been replaced. I'm still trying to find the catch, but can't (currently) find anything negative. Just regret not ordering directly from BackMarket again.
