I've been ordering refurbished items from Backmarket for many years. I needed a second smartphone for my business line. As an Apple fan, I naturally looked for a refurbished iPhone, knowing that a simple 64GB iPhone 11 was more than enough. I found what I was looking for with a smartphone in perfect condition, and even better than the one the seller had given me... In short, I'm still satisfied.

There's not much to add to what we already know about this iPhone 15 Pro Max. It's exactly what I expected. Ordered on Monday before noon, received the next day at 12.30pm! For a device that came from Madrid, that's quite an achievement. As for the other times, everything went well, I have confidence in Back Market and its reconditioners.

Very fast delivery! I didn't take the best condition smartphone and yet it arrived ni-ckel. Before receiving the email asking for my opinion, I had totally forgotten that I had bought it refurbished, that's saying ahah. In short, this is my second purchase in a few years from Back Market and I recommend it with my eyes closed when it comes to mobile phones!

Overall, I'm quite happy with this phone, but the battery seems to be very weak. I'm used to reconditioned phones, but now I'm really wondering whether the battery will last even a year.

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G. I received a working phone in perfect condition two days later, but once the protective cover had arrived, I realised that it was incompatible because the phone I had received was a 4G... I requested an exchange but the seller was unable to replace it with a 5G, even though it was listed as available on the site. Obviously stock errors.

Device in excellent condition, feels like new. Easy to start up, the battery was already full. The only downside is that this Oppo a53S takes a very long time to switch on (about 1 minute), otherwise there's nothing to complain about. What's more, it has a lot of memory.

I bought an alpine green iPhone 13 Pro Max, in excellent condition. All in all, I'm very happy with the device. It looks great and there are absolutely no scratches or damage to be seen. Technically, everything works perfectly. I only had a few problems with moving data from my old Samsung mobile phone to the iPhone. I was a little disappointed with the battery level of "only" 88%. I would have expected a little more with the iPhone's "excellent" condition. expected a little more. Nevertheless, I would buy a mobile phone from backmarket.de again.
