I've been ordering refurbished items from Backmarket for many years. I needed a second smartphone for my business line. As an Apple fan, I naturally looked for a refurbished iPhone, knowing that a simple 64GB iPhone 11 was more than enough. I found what I was looking for with a smartphone in perfect condition, and even better than the one the seller had given me... In short, I'm still satisfied.

There's not much to add to what we already know about this iPhone 15 Pro Max. It's exactly what I expected. Ordered on Monday before noon, received the next day at 12.30pm! For a device that came from Madrid, that's quite an achievement. As for the other times, everything went well, I have confidence in Back Market and its reconditioners.

Everything very fast, I had ordered it on a Saturday and on Tuesday it was already at home. Well whitewashed and protected. I chose an IPhone 15 Pro Max 256, in "excellent" condition. Battery 96%, no scratches or marks. Everything perfect.

Very fast delivery! I didn't take the best condition smartphone and yet it arrived ni-ckel. Before receiving the email asking for my opinion, I had totally forgotten that I had bought it refurbished, that's saying ahah. In short, this is my second purchase in a few years from Back Market and I recommend it with my eyes closed when it comes to mobile phones!
