Have had the phone about 10 days. Can't fault it. It arrived like new. Have ordered from Back Market before. Had a problem with a previous order and they hamdled it really well. When all is going good its easy. but when theres a problem and it gets solved quickly and professionally, thats 5* for me.

Galaxy S23 in perfect condition as expected, received a day early in a package that was a little large but contained beautiful packaging for the smartphone. There was just one small problem: as the parcel was early, I couldn't receive it at home, so I tried to change the UPS delivery: Impossible! Changing the delivery on the UPS didn't work... I finally received a call from the delivery person, who was very sympathetic and changed my delivery to a UPS relay point by telephone. So UPS delivery to be reviewed.

The Samsung Galaxy S23+ has, very good quality, as described on the website, and no damage or scratches were visible on the outside. Thumbs up for BackMarket! Keep up the good work! Ulli Müller
