Hello, I am contacting you regarding a colour problem with my Xiaomi 14 Ultra purchased from your site. The colours in the photos do not match reality and the camera settings cannot correct this problem. Here's what I've already tried: Checking and adjusting the camera settings. Using Pro mode to adjust settings manually. Updating the software to the latest version available. Resetting camera settings. Use Leica Authentic mode for more natural colours. Calibrate the screen. Test third-party photography applications. Clean the lens. Despite these attempts, the problem persists. Could you please help me to solve this problem or tell me how to return or exchange it?

Parcel received in letterbox without signature! In addition the phone had a problem with Face ID, so impossible to use. In my opinion a new camera has been installed and it does not work with the original motherboard (known problem on iPhone XR and 11). The battery was a replacement battery not recognized. Otherwise for the condition it was as agreed. I am still disappointed.
