It is more than what I expected. Just a few-very small scratches but very small. If you are hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop like I was, Back Market changed my mind I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you for the service

Backmarket were fantastic with the price and phone as I’ve now used them twice. However, I couldn’t get to grips with the Samsung as I was moving from IPhone to Android. Have since sold the phone on but it was a great experience with Backmarket

It's a great little machine. Very capable for the price and, more importantly, the size. I have two. One is for usual desktop activities. The CPU, ample memory and plenty of disk space work well. Windows 11 works without any issues. Office 365 and OneDrive are all installed and synced. Just be aware that there are no HDMI ports, just a pair of Display Ports. Cheap adapters fix that, no problem. Be careful with cheap HDMI cables if used with an adapter. I had issues with display glitches. A new cable fixed it. Running well at 2 X 4K. It can even run Minecraft with a few adjustments. The other machine I use as a web server. I ditched MS Windows 11 in favour of Ubuntu server. Nginx, MySQL, WordPress, Magento, etc... Works well for my low-load applications.

I just received the system, and everything is working perfectly. It's a nice machine. Just wanted to let the company know they should include the HDMI display port, as it was not included. The rest is perfect. Thanks

A really great laptop for a good price. It barely has any scratches or dents from use as described, but did have a cracked corner on its left side top near the HDMI cable input showing umpact damge from where it likely was bashed or dropped. Otherwise its all good and I was up and running in next to no time.

the website is easy to use and the delivery was quick. The phone seems to be working really well. The charger itsn't reliable but I have so many other chargers already this really doesn't matter. I am happy to be re-using old tech.

Extremely satisfied with the laptop got a very good deal, arrived a day earlier then they estimated and will highly recommend to my friends and family and also I will be using BackMarket for my future tech needs

Was sceptical at first as I hear mixed reviews of their products but the laptop I purchased was essentially brand new in condition despite it being listed as “good”. Runs smoothly, all the features work. I am very pleased thus far

very happy wuth the laptop > when i first got it i noticed it wouldnt update passed 20H2 win 11 updates - so i did a full restore via dell servers and its great - fully updated to 23H2 now and over the moon it came with both batteries and 4g mobile broadband which i wasnt aware of > did a price check on dell and this current version was £3160 with them and i paid backmarket £1060 with insurance so yeah im very pleased
