ipad works absolutely fine, although the packaging for the delivery wasn’t that great as it came in a plastic bag with some bubble wrap chucked in there but overall i’m really happy with it

only looked at phone ,quality perfect,as I got for a xmas gift, I havent done anthing else with it. will let you know further after xmas day

Simple ordering process but phone has issues.

I am very happy with the mobile phone. New battery is 100% battery capacity. Mobile phone has slight signs of use but works perfectly. Price and quality is right and very fast delivery. I would like to thank Back Market. My daughter is very happy!

I have been buying refurbished for many years, mainly thanks to back market. I have never bought a mobile phone other than from this site. I always get it right and I have never, EVER, had any problems with anything. The iPhone arrived on time, the phone arrived protected. I have recommended it to all my family and friends and they have all switched to back market. I love the fact that they have a two-year warranty, that's what attracted my attention to the site but I've never had to use it because the handsets are as good as new. It's a super good option because it seems absurd to me that for a scratch that you can hardly see you have to throw away terminals that work perfectly. For me a 100/10.
