Really good product. It arrived fast and safe to my place. The battery is amazing and it works so well I’m general.

I got a 2019 MacBook Pro 16” in Fair condition. There were some noticeable dents and marks on the top and edge - which was to be expected from Fair condition. The charger was not an original Apple but works fine. However the screen and keyboard are like new and the laptop works perfectly. It cost me less than half the price of a new one and with a plastic case cover who cares about the blemishes. By far the best refurb price I could find. Highly recommend.

More than a year after receiving it, the phone has been working perfectly ever since. This is the third phone I have bought from Back Market and I will continue to do so. I also feel that by buying refurbished, and by reducing the demand for new phones, we are helping to keep prices down.

I received the iPad in 3 days, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, the packaging is top notch, there are 2 holes on the edges of the iPad so it's very much as described as I ordered it in good condition. The adapter doesn't work but the cable does, so it's fine. I'm delighted with my order and the backmarket experience even though I have to admit I was a bit sceptical. The reconditioning is a good alternative I recommend!

For choosing "good" condition, it's hardly worse than when I bought it new. The iPad only had one visible scratch on the bottom, but to be honest I was expecting even more than that. The rest was as good as new. I am very satisfied and had already bought my mobile phone from here. Highly recommended!
