The phone is excellent. The customer service and delivery from Back Market is disappointing. Phone was a week late arriving, struggled to find customer service to get help, even after they were given order number. Customer service agent gave loads of “American style customer help language but didn’t actually do anything of consequence.

Phone delivered at time in mint visual condition with battery health 93%. Highly recommended, definitely will order next phone frome here.

Phone works well. Good condition and battery is good. It arrived on time. The only issue is that it cannot take 2 physical SIMs as it was supposed to be. It takes 1 SIM and 1 eSIM.
