I had not been told that the SONOS PLAY:3 was configured for the S2 system software by a previous user. Fortunately, I figured out how to downgrade the device. I eventually managed to configure it to S1. With a refurbished device, you should expect it to be pre-initialised to basic factory settings ... in the state as it would be sold as new and the user can choose how they will use it.

I have owned this Nikon for a month now. Really a very nice camera. Also gives a good feeling to go for a refurbished device. Because the camera really works fine. Great communication with Back Market as well. Highly recommended!

Hello, I am mega satisfied with the headphones he has a mega sound, I listen to music with him for 8 hours a day, he is my daily wearer, you don't notice that it is a used headphone, I would buy it again anytime, I have a small but, unfortunately you would have had to change the pads because they had strong traces of use. I ordered new ones and now I have a beautiful pair of headphones. Since I like the headphones so much, I ordered one for my girlfriend and the pads were new. I would buy something from Back Market again at any time

I ordered my IPhone 11 from the Back Market site, and it was going well right up to the moment of delivery. I was surprised to discover that the phone was just wrapped in bubble wrap, as were the cable and the charging pack. I don't even have the little key to open the SIM card slot. Just because it's a reconditioned phone doesn't mean you have to skimp on the packaging! However, I've also got a notification from the control centre telling me that the screen has been changed. I can't seem to remove this notification. Finally, I find that Face ID doesn't work very well.

Super fast delivery! The product works very well. The dial is scratched, but it's reconditioned... the only negative point.

This is the first time in a very long time that I've used a refurbished product (of any kind). I was a bit scared, I admit, because we'd already had problems with reconditioned products. But in the end I'm happy with it. I got it maybe 3 weeks or 1 month ago, I don't know because it goes so quickly. In any case, it's my first real experience and so far so good. I hope it will last over time. Up until now all my phones have been new and the last one lasted 6 years. I've changed phones because of memory issues. I may soon decide to sell my old phones. But I'd rather keep one just in case, as a spare. Thank you for what you do, for the planet and everything else. At least it's creating more jobs, and not unnecessarily.
