New refurbished iPhone 13 Pro is excellent and the deal I got on my trade in was fair and exactly as the original offer value.

Very pleased, admittedly it’s the same as my old one, but I was very happy with that one too! Only suggestion is that it’s also the same as many other peoples phones. Maybe supply some jaunty stickers for the back to make it more identifiable. I use my Ducati club badge but you could provide a range of OEM stickers or supplier advertising opportunities?

I phone 12 arrived in 2 days of ordering. Arrived in great condition with no visible marks or scratches. This is the fourth item purchased from back market and I’ll continue to use them as always satisfied.

An amazing company to deal with. Plenty of choice. I chose an iPhone 14 in excellent condition and it was absolutely immaculate. Bought the phone for my husband who isn’t very tech savvy. He got the phone up and running with no trouble and loves it. I don’t have any negative comments to make as the purchase was so easy and delivery so fast.

Love the phone. Arrived in excellent time . Excellent condition. Purchased for my son’s birthday, he is very happy with the phone. Price was very good. Working condition is perfect and also the appearance . Would def buy from black market again. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Case is low profile and strong , I wasn’t expecting it to have back market embossed in the back but you can’t really see it
