We bought this washing machine 2 years ago and thought it was in very good condition, in fact it was new (films still on the walls and window). We are still happy with it. We have sometimes had the door jammed and the problem was caused by something blocking the drainage system. It's the washing machine's safety mode, which is activated so as not to damage the machine. It was our fault and when the circuit is "unblocked", everything works perfectly again. Thank you again, I will certainly recommend you :)
