I ordered the Lenovo ThinkPad T490 14" which arrived from Poland with a keyboard from Spain. You can see it's not a 100% new product but it's very well detailed, while the keyboard looks almost unused. I wanted it basically for email, documents, and it works very, very well, with Windows installed. I've tested it a bit with Youtube and the performance is not bad. The battery is not bad either. I'm very happy with the purchase.

My experience with Back market was impeccable! The laptop arrived on time, superbly packaged and in an impeccable box. The laptop looks like new, no problems. It heats up a bit, quickly, but apart from that it's fine.

Perfectly packaged, fast delivery and works perfectly. The only thing a bit "disappointing" is that the pc sold in AZERTY was reconditioned in AZERTY ... basically you can see on the keyboard that the keys are not identical to the original and not backlit. I have half the keyboard illuminated and the other half not... The writing on the keys are different too.... 🤔 It's not going to stop me using the PC, but I can't see anything else!

My daughter is delighted with her new toy. Between the touch screen and the fingerprint reader, she's having fun. The performance is more than sufficient for her needs, but I know it will last a long time and will be useful for her studies.

The order on the BackMarket site went well. Delivery was 1 day late, due to the carrier, but the parcel arrived safely and was very well packaged. - A pleasant surprise: the cover of the PC has a carbon finish, which wasn't mentioned in the description. And the PC smells like new, probably due to the refurbishment. - Bad surprise: the PC's SSD storage is 256GB instead of the 512GB mentioned in the description :( :( :( What I can say about it after 2 weeks of use: - Keyboard: The keyboard keys are in very good condition, with no signs of wear from use. There are stickers to make it a QWERTY keyboard. Things to know about these stickers: Warning for those who use the upper and lower signs: on this model, conversion by sticker does not allow them to be found, as the SHIFT key is longer than the original. The stickers also hide the keyboard backlighting. We'll have to see how the stickers hold up over time, but for now it looks solid. - Battery: The battery has lost some life for a 2021 PC, but is decent. It lasts 2 hours depending on usage. - Charger: This isn't the original charger, but a generic USB-C charger supplied by the refurbisher. It works very well. - General condition:...

Refurbished laptop in excellent condition exactly as described. I have been using it for a month and have nothing to complain about. Excellent!

arrived a day early, very consciously packed without any cosmetic defects, as described. I think they also thought about 'setting up' the keyboard for the end user (in this case Italian), as it was originally a German version. I was happily surprised. Thank you. The usual first-boot hassles and the rest was perfect. I'd say they did a very good job. After 2 weeks, no negative feedback. Definitely recommend

The PC has arrived and corresponds perfectly to my expectations and the description. The only detail is that it's sold as Azerty when in fact it's Qwerty with stickers (applied neatly). It's not a big deal, but I would have preferred to know beforehand. In any case, a very good buy

Very powerful computer, the image quality is incredible. I took it in good condition and I find it in very good condition. I would recommend it.
