This is the 4th iPhone I've bought via Backmarket, and everything is perfect. Good follow-up, compliant product. This latest purchase is an iPhone 13 (reconditioned in Cyprus) which arrived in perfect condition, with no apparent defects. The purchase was made in conjunction with a trade-in of my old model, with no problems. I would recommend this site.

I have never bought a refurbished one before and was pleasantly surprised. My purchase was a 128GB iPhone 12 in excellent condition. At first glance it looks practically brand new, not a scratch, battery 100%. I would definitely recommend it.

Here is my experience with this refurbisher. Delivery was quicker than expected. The iPhone I received was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, after getting to grips with it, I noticed a fault with the microphone on my iPhone 13 pro. I requested a repair and sent the device back. It could not be repaired and the seller offered me an exchange, but no longer had the product in stock in the same colour. I received a full refund. Customer service reacted well and was very helpful. The only downside is that you have to wait 24 hours for a reply to the message you send them.

I've been using it every day since I received it and I'm very happy with it. I was sceptical as I had already ordered the iPhone 11 from another refurbisher and had to send it back! But this time, this iPhone looks great on the outside and works very well. It was delivered very quickly. Fortunately I received it intact because it was packed in a box and the box was moving in the cardboard box. The iPhone did not have wet glass, plan to buy some even if it is not a problem for me. I recommend this refurbisher!

Perfect, phone conforms but the colour is not good. I've had it since August, and it really was reconditioned to new, the screen is intact, and so is the shell. The parcel arrived on the expected date and was very well packaged. The battery is 100% and has not moved since I got it. I would recommend

My first refurbished smartphone. A little apprehensive, quickly dispelled. :) The phone is impeccable, as described in every detail, and the battery is at 100% capacity. And on top of that the delivery was fast. Nothing to complain about, perfect.

The phone was for my underage son, we chose an older model but in excellent condition, and he couldn't be happier, like new, like brand new! We had no problems setting it up and everything works perfectly! We will repeat for sure, it was our first experience with refurbished iphone and we have been maybe too cautious just in case, right now I would have surely bought the 13.

Perfect condition. Impeccable condition both in operation and presentation. A reconditioned product that is no different from a new one. Great for both my wallet and the environment. I would recommend it. Thank you backmarket for making these products accessible to everyone.

Very good for a 1st reconditioned purchase, I will repeat the experience. The only downside was the delivery... colissimo with a code to give to the deliveryman who put the parcel in the letterbox when we were there... Fortunately he didn't go to the wrong place, otherwise we would never have received it. Fortunately he was in the right place, otherwise we would never have received it...
