This is the second iPad I’ve bought through Backmarket, one for me and another for my partner and I’ve been delighted with both. It’s totally transparent in terms of describing the condition of goods and there are no nasty surprises with the pricing. Delivery is prompt and, so far, both items have worked perfectly. Will definitely buy again

Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol. Absolutely loved the device (Macbook Air 2020 M1 13”). Although I see some scratches on the battery side of the laptop, but they are minor and as what mentioned for the condition I bought for, the overall body is really neat. In conclusion, buying a refurbished laptop for this price was a great deal.

I got this iPad just for fun and because it’s really cheap. I got it in “good” condition. It came with literally no scratch at all. It’s soooo clean. Camera works perfectly. Everything is so good. I’m so so happy with this purchase. The battery health, although shows null when I check is very good as it lasts all day. This is my second purchase from back market in 2 months. I got an iPhone 13 Pro Max in November and it’s still going strong.

Amazing service - iPad delivered a day ahead of schedule, and 48 hours after order. In great condition and worked perfectly straight out of the box. Wondering why I never bought a refurbished one of these before, it’s been everything I expected and more, and at a great price. Thank you.

Product as described. Few minor scratches but that was expected with a refurbished product! Not had one of these generation of Ipads before but it charges very slowly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

The first item was still locked to a previous user,which seemed strange as I would have thought that this was a first thing to sort out when refurbishing and a thing to double check. However I returned it and it was either repaired or replaced and it seems to be working now.

The iPad was working fine once I went out and purchased a new charger, as the cable and plug that came with the iPad did not work. It had written on it room 2 so must have been from an office or something.

The purchasing and delivery were 100% in terms of service and quality. The condition of the MacBook Pro 16" is awesome. I have never used an Apple laptop before, so I am in baby steps now. I purchased a manual and am working through it slowly. The MacBook Pro Getting Started Guide included in the laptop would have sufficed. I look forward to many years of productive use.
